Reservation Deposit Policy
To guarantee your reservation, a deposit of NTD 1,000 per room per night is required.
Please complete the bank transfer within three days of booking. Reservations will be automatically canceled if payment is not received within this period.
Postponement & Refund Policy
If you wish to change your stay dates after making a bank transfer, please notify us at least 7 days in advance. The reservation may be retained for up to three months.
Cancellation Policy
After completing the reservation and paying the deposit, guests may cancel their reservation subject to the following charges:

Cancellation 10–13 days prior to arrival: 30% of the amount paid

Cancellation 7–9 days prior to arrival: 50% of the amount paid

Cancellation 4–6 days prior to arrival: 60% of the amount paid

Cancellation 2–3 days prior to arrival: 70% of the amount paid

Cancellation 1 day prior to arrival: 80% of the amount paid

Cancellation on the day of arrival: 100% of the room rate
In the event of cancellation due to force majeure such as typhoons or earthquakes on the day of stay, the remaining balance will be refunded after deducting handling fees.
